Solicitudes de apertura de incidente de desacato en contra de los Directores Generales del Departamento para la Prosperidad Social y la Unidad para las Víctimas, formuladas por diferentes ciudadanos por el presunto incumplimiento de las órdenes dictadas en la Sentencia SU.254/13.

La Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04 recuerda que mediante Auto 373/06 ordenó una serie de medidas para garantizar el goce efectivo del derecho a la indemnización de la población desplazada, medidas sobre las cuales continúa realizando su labor de seguimiento.

Igualmente precisa, que no ha evidenciado una verdadera desidia o negligencia por parte de la administración en asumir sus responsabilidades respecto del cumplimiento de la sentencia de unificación referenciada.

  1. PRIMERO. NEGAR la apertura de los incidentes de desacato por presunto incumplimiento a las órdenes contenidas en la sentencia SU-254 de 2013, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la presente providencia.
  2. SEGUNDO. DECLARAR RESERVADO el anexo de la presente providencia. A éste sólo tendrán acceso las autoridades vinculadas en el cumplimiento de la sentencia SU-254 de 2013.
  3. TERCERO. NOTIFICAR, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, a los peticionarios relacionados en el anexo de este auto.
